Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Thank you for your order with Za Za Homes, however if you wish to return your item please notify us by e-mail of your intention to return the product(s). We agree to reimburse you or replace the item if you are within 14 days of receipt of the goods/cancellation of the services.

For unwanted items the customer is responsible for the cost of returns and we recommend that you pack the product(s) sufficiently, please send the item back in perfect resalable condition, unused, undamaged and sealed its original packaging. Please use an insured registered delivery company as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to refund you.

If the delivered item does not match your order or seems to be damaged please contact us via email or phone 01392 367000 as soon as possible, within 48 hours of receipt, to discuss a refund or replacement. We will ask you to send us a photo of any damage for our records to assist us in taking appropriate action. Once confirmed, we will organise either a collection or exchange of the item with our selected courier on a suitable date/time. Please pack and tape the item back into its original box and include your customer order details with the item(s) to be returned, as these are necessary for processing a return. Once received at our warehouse, the items will be checked and then the refund or exchange will be confirmed.
