Candle Lanterns
Candle lanterns and candlelight have been used for over 5000 years, both in the home and to celebrate special events, as well as used by watchmen patrolling the streets in the middle ages. Candlelight has always been perfect for creating a romantic and cosy setting and it’s still something that continues to capture our hearts today.
At Za Za Homes candle lanterns are at our heart, and our range of high quality glass lanterns come in a combination of wood and metal; with stunning brushed copper effects, beautiful natural wood and striking silver lantern finishes. We also have a range of extra large floor lanterns to help make that extra statement. Candlelight is simply perfecto for decorating your festive dining tables and create the perfect event lighting, no matter the time of year.
Create the perfect outdoor lighting by placing them in the garden after dark, or use as an indoor candle lantern to illuminate your home and create that perfect romantic ambience. Make your home and garden feel special with the light of a flickering flame, whether it’s a large silver lantern placed on the floor, or a smaller tealight lantern that can be easily sat on a garden table, or on a shelf; you’ll be sure to find something you love.
Our silver lanterns create a beautiful sleek and modern look, and are the perfect addition to a range of styles and settings within your home and garden. Their contemporary style lends them to being the perfect fit for all seasons, and they make great timeless garden accessories. They also make great showpieces at corporate events, and will look stunning at your next garden party or outdoor soiree.
Brass and copper lanterns add warming and soft tones to your home and garden, whilst adding a more vintage feel to them. They look simply amazing in older properties and vintage settings, and can add a real period flare wherever they’re placed. Create the perfect festive atmosphere by using them to create wonderful table centrepieces, or dot smaller ones around the house for the perfect mood lighting.
Wooden lanterns add a more rustic glow to wherever they sit; whether it be in a more industrial setting or a quaint country cottage. Why not place by the fire or in the hallway for a warming glow? Many also come with either rope or leather handles for an added natural feel, and are all made from beautiful mango wood.
Light a few rustic floor lanterns in the bathroom to help you relax and unwind after a long day, safe in the knowledge that the candle will be protected from any water splashes.
Enchant your guests after dark by lighting up your garden or patio; use outdoor lanterns to light your guests way down a garden pathway, or strategically place them around your outdoor space for the perfect ambient lighting. Lanterns make excellent decorations for both indoor and outdoor weddings. Hang smaller tealight lanterns from branches and metal shepherds hooks to elevate your lighting and create a cosy setting.
