It is very important to us at Za Za Homes that your items are delivered to your home safely and on time. We provide our customers with a choice of delivery options below. All items are shipped from a UK warehouse using a single courier company network and our customers are able to track their delivery online using a consignment number and delivery postcode. All items are on a delivery to door basis and we endeavour to dispatch all orders received by 1pm on the same working day. After 1pm they will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note : Saturday and Sundays are not classed as working days by our delivery carriers. If your order is placed just before a bank holiday this will effect our usual delivery time, therefore please allow for this increased delivery period when you place the order.

From personal experience, we understand that sometimes there may be an urgent need for delivery or specific requirements. If this is the case please email info@zazahomes.co.uk or call us directly on 01392 367000 and we will do our very best to organise this for you.

We cannot accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in an alternative location, for example with a neighbour or in a garage, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

Christmas 2024 – To ensure your items arrive for Xmas, please place your order by midday on 20th December (for large palletised items please contact us before placing your order.)

Large and Extra Large Items

We are trying to add extra value as much as possible for customers, so we are now pleased to offer FREE DELIVERY for large and extra large items. There will still however be a delivery charge for sale items and also applied to addresses that are outside of mainland UK, and also Ireland (including offshore services such as the Highlands) which when packaged measure above 1m x 40 cm wide.

This information will be given when you reach the checkout. If you have any queries please do ask us.

Certain large items will be delivered to the customer on a pallet. Please note that if you have restricted access to your business/property and will require a smaller vehicle for delivery, please let us know when placing the booking as a surcharge may be applied to your order if the courier needs to send a smaller vehicle.

International Deliveries

The cost of deliveries to Europe will vary depending on location. To organise and get a quote please call or email us directly.

Please note that deliveries to the Republic of Ireland will now incur a Tax and Duty to be paid by the customer when they enter the country. Parcels will not be released by the courier until this amount has been paid.
