Using Citronella oil (which can be purchased along with all our oil lamps) is a great way to fend off flying pests such as mosquitoes and wasps, allowing you to have a peaceful dining experience away from insect irritation. Our Siena lamps also include a wooden outer frame as part of their design to create a more natural, earthy finish. A great alternative to the traditional oil torches are our Gel fuelled fire pit lamps which give a wonderful fire pit effect but in a smaller table top size. Available in copper and silver, they have a beautiful hand hammered effect. Simply fill the container with gel oil, and light with a match for a beautiful flickering flame, and is the perfect addition to any garden table for stunning evening ambient lighting.

Our impressive oil torches can be used in a variety of situations and locations, and like their oil lamp counterparts are compatible with Citronella. Coming with metal poles they can either be staked directly into the ground, or combined with our oil torch bases or use on patios and hard outdoor surfaces. Lighting couldn’t be simpler: pour the oil into the reservoir up to about two thirds full, then screw in the wick holder and wick. Pull the wick so that it sits slightly out of the holder and light with a match or lighter. The oil will be drawn up the wick and will fuel the flame for hours of enjoyment and relaxation.
