This beautiful wicker bench makes perfect seating for a kitchen, hallway or even an alfresco dinner table.

The natural wicker weave (made from a beautiful sustainable wicker called water hyacinth) brings an impressive pattern and style to the living space. The different warming honey and brown coloured shades in the wicker are so pretty and visually appealing. The smooth tapered legs are made from solid teak wood and add a little extra elegance to this country design.

Material

Hand-woven from natural water hyacinth fibres, carefully dried and woven by skilled craftspeople into furniture with a rich texture and warm golden tones that add depth and natural warmth to interiors.
The chunky weave produces a comfortable seating position.
A rapidly growing aquatic plant, harvesting water hyacinth actively benefits local waterways while providing a highly renewable and sustainable material.
As a natural material, variations in colour, weave and texture are perfectly normal — these qualities make every piece genuinely one of a kind.

Care

Cleaning: Clean gently using a dry or slightly damp cloth and dry immediately afterwards. Remove spills promptly to help prevent staining. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
Maintenance: Keep away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture to preserve the integrity of the weave. Suitable for indoor or covered outdoor use only. Please note that this bench does need to be kept under cover and should not be left outdoors.
