Material

• Each board has been handmade with solid mango wood and slate.
• Mango wood — a naturally durable hardwood prized for its beautiful grain and warm tones, ranging from light golden brown to rich earthy shades, lending a timeless and versatile aesthetic that suits both contemporary and rustic interiors.
• Slate's low porosity, smooth and naturally cool surface makes it ideally suited for use as a serving platter, keeping food pleasantly chilled and fresh during a dinner party or relaxed lunch.
• The mango wood used in this board is sustainably sourced and eco-friendly: mango trees are harvested only once their fruit-bearing lifespan is complete, with new trees replanted in their place — making mango wood a genuinely valuable by-product of the fruit industry.
• Due to the organic grain patterns of the wood and the natural formation of the slate, each piece is wonderfully unique — a superb addition to any kitchen.

Care

• Durability: Great for use as serving platters, cheese boards or general chopping boards.
• Wood and Slate: Low porosity, but can be protected with food-grade mineral oil a few times a year to help prevent contamination.
• Cleaning: Hand wash with soap and warm water. Not dishwasher safe.
