Wicker Log Basket - Two Sizes

Create a cosy, light-filled Christmas hearth with our whitewashed rattan wicker log basket.

A softly weathered finish and natural woven texture are exactly what Christmas 2026 is about: tactile natural materials, a calm layered look and a home that feels warm and personal rather than perfect.

Stacked with logs beside the fireplace or wood burner, it keeps firewood tidy and turns a practical essential into a beautiful winter focal point.

The pale, frosted tone gives a White Christmas feel that suits Scandi, coastal, modern farmhouse and cottage-style homes.

It looks lovely beside hand knitted blankets, sheepskin and creamy white candles, and it makes burgundy velvet ribbon, deep red berries and emerald green pine and eucalyptus stand out beautifully.

Add soft gold baubles, pearl details or a flicker of brass lanterns for a warm glow, or keep things minimal with ivory, pale grey and natural wood for a calm hygge scheme.

For a festive touch, fill it with logs and tuck in pinecones, fir sprigs and cinnamon sticks, or use it as a stylish storage basket for blankets, kindling and Christmas wrapping.

It would also make a beautiful Christmas gift.

It works equally well in a living room, hallway, conservatory or snug, and it carries on earning its place by the fire long after the decorations come down.

Looking for a Christmas gift for someone who loves cosy home décor? This whitewashed log basket makes a thoughtful housewarming present and a practical, stylish addition to any winter living room.

They also make a charming accessory for any fireplace or hallway.

These wicker baskets are also useful for other storage and practical activities such as bringing in vegetables and flowers from the garden.
