This charming handmade wicker storage trunk is full of character and is perfect for solving your hallway storage needs. We all struggle to keep our entranceways tidy, whether it is shoes, cushions, blankets, the children's toys or simply extra accessories that don't quite have a home. Crafted by hand, this rattan storage bench has a rich solid mango wood top and natural rattan frame.

This storage bench is also a very attractive decorative piece for the home. It makes a lovely wicker ottoman at the end of the bed or in the conservatory and don't forget, it is also handy extra seating for those larger family gatherings and for when you are taking your shoes on and off in the hallway.

Crafted entirely by hand, this rattan storage trunk features a rich solid mango wood top and a natural rattan body.
Natural rattan is a solid, smooth-stemmed vine harvested from tropical forests. It creates a clean, classic wicker finish in warm tones that suits both traditional and contemporary interiors.
Natural rattan is one of the most sustainable materials in furniture production: a fast-growing climbing palm that regenerates naturally after harvesting, without the need to fell the host plant or surrounding forest.
As a natural woven material, slight variations in colour, tone and weave pattern are entirely to be expected — each piece is unique.
The top and inner frame are crafted from solid mango wood — a durable hardwood prized for its beautiful grain and warm tones, ranging from light golden brown to rich earthy shades, lending a timeless and versatile aesthetic that suits both contemporary and rustic interiors.
Sustainably sourced and eco-friendly: mango trees are harvested only once their fruit-bearing lifespan is complete, with new trees replanted in their place — making mango wood a genuinely valuable by-product of the fruit industry.
As this piece is handmade from natural materials, variations in colour and grain across both the body and top are perfectly normal — each trunk carries its own individual character.

Care

Cleaning: Clean gently using a dry or slightly damp cloth and dry immediately afterwards. A very soft brush may be used with care. Remove spills promptly to help prevent staining. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
Maintenance: Keep away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture to preserve the integrity of the weave. Suitable for indoor or covered outdoor use only.
